A Personal Concierge takes on the tasks that their clients are too busy to get done themselves or that take away their precious quality time–such as grocery shopping, running errands or getting the car serviced. They generally charge an hourly rate depending on the service requested. They can also have special package rates. Everyone from dual income families to single parents and traveling executives can be totally time strapped and searching for that work-life balance. Personal Concierge’s are experts at assisting their clients with what is known as “Lifestyle Management”. Unlike Personal Assistants who often work for only one individual and may even be available to them 24 hours a day, a Personal Concierge will provide service to a number of clients for a few hours a week.
